Extention for existing Bag Loading System:

• 2 buffer lanes:
  • rails, curves, switches and stop positions with pushers
  • capacity +/- 1.320 kg, based on 22 bags of 60kg each
• 1 Automatic drop-unit for CBW
  • Lacated above loading position CBW
  • Automatic loading with stabilising unit
  • Automatic bag closing system

Included parts:

• 1 open/close unit
• 24 straight rail incl. connections
• 6 switches 90°
• 2 stop positions with pushers
• 2 full-lane detectors
• Re-use existing curve 90°
• 1 set suspension materials
• 1 compressed air circuit
  • water seperator with reducing valve on the connection points with local toggle
  • Compressed air tubes, connections, etc.
• 1 Control circuit 24V DC from the sensors and valvues to the distribution boxes, inclusive secondary cables to the control unit.
• 22 Bag containers type 820:
  • Double trolley loop, 8 steal rollers with 4 shafts
  • Capacity 60kg of normal laundry linen per container
  • Bags are 100% polyester, and can be removed with 2 zippers
  • Adapted for automatic closing and opening
  • Exact length of bags to be defined.
